职位要求
岗位职责:
1. 长期专注于广告及品牌策略企划的工作,聚焦于核心观点产出、大型方案撰写及提案;
2. 拥有从理解客户需求到策略企划目的介定,从前端市场分析到策略形式制定,从策略观点产出到推动创意发展,从完成方案撰写到最后提案等全部工作流程的经验及能力;
3. 拥有包括调研报告、定位报告、产品推广、品牌建设、创意策略、公关传播、数字营销、终端活动等项目的工作方法及经验;
4. 深入把握产品的特性,对市场变化、消费者动态、竞争环境有敏锐的洞察力,定期提供必要的资讯。
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验,有服务知名品牌、海外客户策划经验优先;
2. 拥有一定提案经验,具备独立提案能力;
3. 具备一定项目管理经验,进行项目流程和成本的管控;
4. 具备良好的沟通能力、协作能力、时间观念和极强的责任感;
5. 英语听说读写流利。
Responsibilities:
1. Long-term focus on advertising and brand strategy planning, focusing on core opinion output, large-scale solution writing and proposal;
2. Experience and ability in all workflows from understanding customer needs to defining strategic planning goals, from front-end market analysis to strategy form formulation, from strategic perspective output to promoting creative development, from completing project writing to final proposal;
3. Possess working methods and experience of projects including research reports, positioning reports, product promotion, brand building, creative strategies, public relations communications, digital marketing, terminal activities, etc .;
4. Deeply grasp the characteristics of the product, have a keen insight into market changes, consumer dynamics, and the competitive environment, and provide necessary information on a regular basis.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years relevant work experience, experience in serving well-known brand planning is preferred;
2. Have certain proposal experience and ability to independently propose;
3. Have certain project management experience, carry out project process and cost control;
4. Possess good communication ability, collaboration ability, time concept and strong sense of responsibility;
5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
